Chandler Fashion Center Redevelopment Project

planned

A major redevelopment initiative at Chandler Fashion Center to reinvigorate the dining and entertainment district near the Harkins Theatres on the south side of the property. The project includes new full-service and fast-casual restaurants, expanded patios, remodeled lawn and event area, an interactive splash pad, shaded retreats with landscaping, fire pits, and lounge seating. Construction of a new walking path from the east parking lot is slated to begin in January 2026 with minimal interruptions to shoppers. The project aims to enhance the center as a premier dining and entertainment destination in the East Valley.
