Information IOCL has come up with Change of service of existing Mundra-Panipat Pipeline [Panipat - Churwa section] from Crude oil to Product with a ticket size of 359 INR Crores. This project in Bulk Material Transportation Pipelines sub-sector involves The current status of the project is Notice to Proceed and is being developed through the EPC route. Economic/Social Impact of the Project The Project involves change of service of 22 inch dia. 1,120 Km long Panipat Churwa section of old MPPL line from crude oil service to product service after commissioning of new MPPL to evacuate products Ex. Panipat Refinery to Marketing terminals at Jaipur, Chittorgarh, Jodhpur, Sidhpur and Kandla. MPPL-old in product service has been designed to operate Ex. Panipat with 3 pump stations [Originating pump station at Panipat and Intermediate pump stations at Sanganer and Beawer]. The delivery of multiple products Ex. Panipat Refinery through MPPL old has been considered as under - HSD to Jaipur, Chittorgarh, Jodhpur, Sidhpur and Kandla, ATF to Jodhpur and Kandla only, MS to Jaipur only
