(GZEP) won a 20-year concession contract for two water treatment plants in Changsha, capital of Hunan province, with a total capacity of 140,000 cubic per day following an international tender with 19 total bidders. To implement the contract, GZEP, together with the state-owned Sichuan Zhongkecheng Environment formed a joint venture project company. GZEP was a private Chinese company from Annui province.
