Description | This project involves the upgrading and reconstruction of 13 township sewage treatment plants in 12 townships in Wangcheng District, Changsha City, and the expansion of the pipeline and supporting pipe network projects. Among them: Yangqiao, Chating, Dongcheng, Getang, Jinggang in Wangcheng District, Changsha Twelve township sewage treatment plants in Xinzhen, Xinkang, Wushan, Baijipu, Jinggang Ancient Town, Youren, Qiaoyi, and Qiaokou were upgraded based on the existing assets of the sewage treatment plants. Emission Standards (GB18918-2002) increased from Grade B to Grade A. Among them, only the Qiaoyi Sewage Treatment Plant was expanded, and the designed treatment scale was expanded from 1000m3 / d to 2000m3 / d. Period of the concession is 25 years. And the expansion of supporting sewage network 19.5km, 2 pumping stations. SPV is Hunan Chengrui Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., a JV between the government owned Changsha Wangcheng Urban Resources Investment Development Co., Ltd. (49%), and the private companies Hunan Tianrui Technology Development Co., Ltd. (30.6%), Hunan Shuntian Construction Group Co., Ltd. (20.4%).
