Description	The Hunan Provincial Changyong Expressway Joint-Stock Co. Ltd. issued A-shares at the Shenzen Stock exchange to finance the construction of the Hunan Changyong Expressway. A total of US$ 101 million was raised with the share issuance in January 1999.
