Description | In March 2009, a local private company Shenzhen Datong Water Affairs Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with Wujin District Government to manage three wastewater treatment plants in Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province for 5 years. The private company took over the plants under a 5-year lease contract which set the payment at RMB 0.385 per ton. The three wastewater plants were City Area Wastewater Treatament Plant (80,000 cubic meters per day), Wunan Wasteater Treatment Plant (40,000 cubic meters per day) and Zouqu Wastewater Treatment Plant (10,000 cubic meters per day). The total capacity of the facilities was 130,000 cubic meters per day. The Shenzhen Datong was a joint venture of Shengzhen Water Affairs Group and a private company Shenzhen Goldtrust Water Affairs Investment Col, Ltd. |
