City Project No. 85240 Scope: The City of Burlingame conducted a feasibility study to look at converting Chapin Avenue, between El Camino Real and Primrose Road, into a “green street.” Over several months, the City engaged with various stakeholders, such as residents, business owners, and property owners, to present project context, opportunities, and constraints of the project, as well as to solicit feedback that re-envisions Chapin Avenue.
