Description	The project entails the construction of a WWTP in Chengdong area, Changshu, China. The Phase I of construction of the plant will start this year and be operational by 2021 with a capacity of 60,000 m3/day. A second phase will double the capacity of the plant to reach 120,000 m3/day by 2023. SPV Jiangsu Sino French Water is a joint venture between Changshu Urban Construction Public Assets Management Company Limited (40.8%), Changshu Jiangnan Water Company Limited (24.2%) and SUEZ NWS (35%) which covers the financing of $ 485.45 million.
