Description

Description

Oakland, California-based Adapture Renewables said its 185-MWdc Cherry Valley solar farm in Arkansas has entered commercial operation, rounding out the company's 441-MW Titanium portfolio. The solar project, located in Cross County, Arkansas, reached substantial completion at the end of 2025 and began commercial operations earlier in 2026. The Cherry Valley plant is expected to generate enough electricity to supply about 30,000 Arkansas homes annually. Adapture acquired, financed, and constructed the Cherry Valley projects in just over two years. This is the final plant to enter commercial operation within the Titanium portfolio, which consists of three sites across Arkansas and Illinois. The portfolio is backed by tax equity financing commitments, a construction loan and a tax credit bridge loan from MUFG, and environmental attributes purchase agreements with Meta Platforms Inc.
