The second phase involves building a new segment of Cheshire Road connecting to a new stoplight at West Cherry Street, expected to be completed later in the year. Residential driveways will have access during the closure, with deliveries and other drivers directed to use a detour route through Domigan Road. West Cherry Street will remain open with minor lane closures during construction. |
