Chess is for girls too

The project's main scope is to promote chess among young girls and to encourage and educate girls that they can be successful chess players and still have a career and families. The project aims to overcome these biases, provide young girls (chess players) under 16 with another viewpoint on women's chess, and empower them to pursue their affection for chess with confidence. The project's main target group is girls below the age of 16 but also their parents and chess trainers. During the realization of the project, parents and trainers will be interviewed to share their points of view on girls’ chess, and the results will be shared with the international chess community.
