Description | The project consists of the removal of brush, other debris and the existing fence and the installation of approximately 2800 meters of 6 foot chain link fence with an additional 2 feet of barb wire, creating an 8 foot barrier around the lagoons. The current 4 foot page wire fence is in poor condition resulting in vandalism, theft and trespassing and creating a public safety concern. The lagoons service the village of Chesterville with approximately 700 households and 1,750 residents. An additional 800 extra meters of 6ft chain link fencing and the installation of two gates at both entrances. |
