Description	This project consists of construction of the six-lane expressway Chittoor - Thatchur from 96.040 km to 116.100 km (package 4), located in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. The project company is Chittoor Thachur Highway Private Ltd., wholly-owned by the sponsor IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. The concession is for 15 years under the hybrid annuity mode (HAM), excluding the construction period of 730 days. Total investment stands at $117.28 million, of which the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) provides $46.91 million, $14.97 million comes from the sponsor and $55.4 million from lenders.
