Description | In March 2015, a local private company Beijing Sound Environment Industry Group won a bid to finance, build and operate a portfolio of 16 township wastewater treatment plants and a wastewater treatment plant serving an industrial park and meanwhile operate 11 existing wastewater treatment plants. The total treatment capacity of the plants was 28,800 tons per day. The total investment was RMB 195 million (US$ 31.82 million) and Beijing Sound had a 100% stake in the facilities. The concession term was 20 years. |
