The project is planned to be operated in the BOT mode and the project cooperation period is 30 years (including 2 years for construction and 28 years for operation). Sponsors of the project are the privately owned Guangxi Jintou Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (59%), Anhui Tongyuan Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. (1%) and the government-owned Guangxi Chongzuo Urban Construction Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. (40%). Total investment stands at $ 32 million, of which $ 10.14 financed by the sponsors as equity, the rest of the cost is secured as debt provided by unspecified credit institutions.
