Chuka Affordable Housing Project

under construction

The ongoing Affordable Housing project in Chuka consists of four blocks, each rising to 10 floors, providing quality and affordable homes including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The project includes commercial and recreational facilities such as shops, stalls, a garden area, a basketball court, a police unit, parking spaces, a power house, garbage collection areas, and a daycare centre. It is creating employment opportunities for about 300 workers, including persons with disabilities, and is part of a government-backed initiative to address Kenya's housing deficit and stimulate local economies.
