Circuito 6 highway project

This project involves the design, construct, rehabilitate, operate and maintain of 78 km stretch of Circuito 6 road section - Route 6 (Montevideo - San Ramon), located in Canelones department of Uruguay. The SPV is called Circuito 6 Cuchilla Grande S.A. and is owned by the sponsors - Rover Infraestructuras from Spain and Construcciones Viales y Civil from Uruguay. The concession signed is for a period of 20 years. The project works include the reconstruction of 10 existing bridges and construction of additional 6 new bridges. The total project cost is $144m, of which $46m are provided with a loan from the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest), $60m loan from BBVA and Banco de la Republica Oriental del Uruguay (BROU), while $38m are provided by the sponsors.
