Storage of surplus energy, develop and test circular business models in practice and increase cross-border cooperation on energy integration and storage. These are the goals of the project ciska. The main goal of the project is to support the development of circular, Scandinavian business models. Circular business models include, for example, using renewable and recyclable resources in manufacturing, extending the life cycle of products or waste recycling by saving and sorting building materials for future productions. The driving forces of the project are about several things. Among other things: — Contribute to more new jobs: — Stimulate innovation and upskilling. — Social acceptance among citizens for circular thinking. Contribute to sustainability and environmental benefits. — Increasing the attractiveness and identity of the actors involved. Storage of surplus energy from renewable sources is concretely something the project will work on. This includes the conversion of electricity to gas.
