Description | The project entails the construction of a 60.27 KM Cisumdawu toll road project which is compromised of six separate segments – Cileunyi-Rancakalong, Rancakalong-Sumedang, Sumedang-Cimalaka, Cimalaka-Legok, Legok-Ujunngjaya and Ujunjaya-Dawuan. Designed number of lanes is 2x2 with 3.6 m width. SPV is PT Citra Karya Jabar Tol a JV between the sponsors PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (51%), PT Waskita Toll Road (15%), PT Pembanguan Perumahan (Persero) (14%), PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) (10%) and PT Jasa Sarana (10%). Around 90% of the toll road project will be funded by a soft loan from the Export-Import Bank of China, with the remaining 10% through the state budget. Total cost of the project is IDR 13.626 trillion or $ $ 1.362 billion. The period of the BOT concession is 35 years.
