Description
Description | Eurocities will reinforce cities’ role in delivering the European Pillar of Social Rights by enhancing their capacity to address key social challenges. Through targeted training, peer learning, and evidence-based research, we will support cities in developing local solutions on issues such as social housing, homelessness, skills development, digital inclusion, and child poverty. Policy briefs, strategic dialogues, and high-level events will help cities engage in EU initiatives like the European Semester and the upcoming anti-poverty strategy. A strong communication campaign will raise awareness of cities’ contributions, with a focus on quality jobs, affordable housing, and labour market inclusion. Our work ensures that cities are equipped to drive fairer, more inclusive local policies across Europe. |
