Description | A four-year, $230 million project to transform the 15-acre former Federal-Mogul foundry site in St. Louis’ Midtown neighborhood into a 21st century mixed-use development celebrating food, commerce, and entrepreneurship. The project includes a food hall, creative office space, retail, parking garage, public plazas, bike sharing, ridesharing drop-off, and future trail connections. Phase Two completed in December 2025 added an eight-level luxury apartment building with ground-level retail and a six-story parking structure. Landscape architecture played a key role in branding and revitalizing the historic industrial site. |
