Description | Information Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited [BPCL] has come up with City Gas Distribution Pipeline Project in Sangli - Satara with a ticket size of 2337.98 INR Crores. This project in Bulk Material Transportation Pipelines sub-sector involves The current status of the project is Notice to Proceed and is being developed through the EPC route. Economic/Social Impact of the Project Bharat Gas Resources Ltd. [BGRL], 100percentage subsidiary of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. [BPCL], has been granted authorization for developing CNG & City Gas Distribution network in the Geographical Areas [GA] of Sangli and Satara district of Maharashtra by Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board [PNGRB] of GOI as a part of Vision 2030 - Natural Gas Infrastructure in India. The project envisages laying of 18 inch and 16 inch diameter gas pipeline of cumulative length 160 km in Sangli and Satara district of Maharashtra and development of City Gas Distribution Network in GA of Sangli and Satara district. Anticipated date of completion- CGD Network - Completion by November 2028 [MWP]. BGRL has amalgamated with BPCL w.e.f 16th August 2022. |
