Description | The objective of this project is to rehabilitate the City of Estevan Leisure Centre’s rooftop and replace HVAC systems to increase ventilation throughout our building for long term sustainability and durability of our rooftop. This project will enhance the quality of services and will include the following: Decommissioning of aging rooftop coatings and rehabilitation of rooftop berms to ensure a level surface membrane; installation of 5575 square meters of Carlisle EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) membrane, an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing system best for low slope roofed structures; Replacement of ballasts and metal flashing; Replacement of 8 Rooftop units (RTU) with higher quality, upgraded heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. |
