The CK Gold Project in Wyoming is a gold mining development project permitted entirely under Wyoming state law, avoiding federal environmental review processes. It has cleared major development hurdles and is positioned for financing and construction. The project benefits from proximity to infrastructure such as road access, power transmission agreement with Black Hills Energy, and access to labor markets near Cheyenne and Denver. The feasibility study completed in March 2026 shows strong economic metrics with an initial capital expenditure of $394 million. The project is targeting an 80% debt and 20% equity financing structure, with construction expected to start in the second half of 2026 and first production in late 2027 to early 2028.
