Clair Hall Cinema redevelopment in Haywards Heath

project awarded

The project involves the redevelopment of Clair Hall into a modern, multi-purpose cultural and entertainment venue designed to serve the local community. Led by Mid Sussex District Council, the plans include the creation of a four-screen cinema operated by The Digital Picture House Limited, alongside a flexible performance space that can host live theatre, music, and community events. The development will also feature upgraded sound and lighting systems, improved community facilities, and a restaurant, aiming to transform the site into a vibrant cultural hub that supports both commercial entertainment and local arts activities.
