The funding rewards municipalities that have met or exceeded 80% of their provincially designated housing targets, with Clarington achieving 83% of its 2024 housing target and breaking ground on 899 new homes over the past year. The funds will help build more homes and expand community infrastructure to support new neighborhoods. |
