Description | The objective of this project is to establish a long-term solution to provide water and waste water servicing for the community of Clarksburg. This will be accomplished through a Master Plan Municipal Class Environmental Assessment. As part of and in addition to completing the Master Plan Environmental Assessment, an inventory of the existing private septic systems and water wells will be undertaken. This assignment will satisfy Phases 1 and 2 of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process using Master Plan methodology and is to culminate in the submission of the Notice of Study Completion and associated documentation for the Schedule B Projects for public review. The documentation is expected to be sufficient that the scope of works is advanced to concept design level of detail and that life cycle cost estimates can be reasonably generated on a per property basis. Schedule C Projects, if any, will be subject to future study to fulfill Phases 3 and 4 prior to implementation. |
