Cleveland Browns New Stadium in Brook Park

planned

The Cleveland Browns plan to build a new stadium in Brook Park, Ohio, which will be owned by a yet-to-be created public community authority. The authority will manage the lease and oversee broader site development. The team will handle construction management and operate the stadium under a lease agreement once completed. The project includes plans for funding maintenance through a potential increase in the sin tax and construction funding involving state and county contributions, as well as team investment.
