The TA will support timely and efficient implementation of the program, including reforms under subprogram 2 and the ensuing multi-year program under the CDF. The TA will provide targeted capacity development; diagnostics and other advisory support; and support coordination, monitoring, and reporting of program implementation. This will ensure that implementation of reforms can be underpinned by (i) sustained and evidence-based policy dialogue; and (ii) effective coordination across implementing agencies, development partners, and other public and non-public stakeholders.
