Clinton Park Mixed Use Development

The Clinton Park mixed-use development located at the western edge of Midtown Manhattan will occupy more than half of a city block with 1.3 million square feet of commercial and residential programs. The building integrates multiple commercial uses at the base including an auto showroom, service floors, a horse stable for the NYPD Mounted Police, a neighborhood market, a health club, and parking spaces. Above the base, there are over 900 apartment units including 20 percent inclusionary housing, designed to secure light and air with a unique diagonal corridor orientation and private roof terraces with green roofs on every floor.
