Description | BlockchAIn executed a 15-year Electric Service Agreement to expand contracted utility load at its CLT-01 data center campus from 40 MW to 65 MW. The full 65 MW power is immediately available through existing 34.5 kV onsite infrastructure without significant electrical upgrades, supporting growing AI and HPC workloads. This expansion supports a customer pipeline with letters of intent for 25 MW of critical IT load and is the first phase of a broader infrastructure expansion including a new AI-optimized data center shell expected to be completed in nine months. |
