Description | The project consists of up to €10 million equity commitment not to exceed 20% of total commitments in Capital North Africa Venture Fund II (“CNAV Fund II” or the “Fund”), a private equity fund which will make equity and quasi-equity investments in small and mid-size enterprises (“SMEs”). In terms of regional focus, the Fund will primarily focus on companies in Morocco but will also target investments in Algeria and Tunisia. The Fund will also make opportunistic investments in Egypt and West Africa. The Fund has a committed capital target size of €70-100 million and will be managed by Capital Invest Group, a fund management company to be established in Luxembourg. |
