Description | BTL EPC Ltd secured a ₹590 crore contract from Adani Power Limited for the design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the complete Coal Handling Plant (CHP) and Ash Handling Plant (AHP) systems at the 3x800 MW Ultra Super Critical Thermal Power Plant at Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar. The CHP includes civil and structural works, a 9 km belt conveyor system, crushers, screens, feeders, electrical systems, control & instrumentation, dust suppression, and utilities. The AHP includes bottom ash handling through jet pumps and de-watering bins, disposal pipelines of approximately 4.5 km, a two-stage vacuum-cum-pressure fly ash system, electrical and control systems, structural works, and mandatory spares. |
