The transaction aims to free up cash for other priorities and is expected to close in the first half of 2026. The mine includes a high-grade open-pit copper mine and hydrometallurgical plant that produced copper cathode from 2009 until 2021 and completed tailings reprocessing from 2021 to 2023. |
