Description

Coffee Fellows, a growing chain of coffee shops in Houston, has introduced a mobile café built from an all-electric GM BrightDrop van. This mobile café serves signature lattes, coffees, and snacks at festivals, farmers markets, and other events across Houston. The van features two batteries: one for the vehicle and another for the coffee-making equipment, with a solar cell to help recharge during service. It can operate for up to nine hours and is designed to be environmentally friendly by avoiding noisy generators and propane use. The van will officially debut on April 11 at the Art Car Parade and is claimed to be Houston's first all-electric mobile coffee shop.
