Social issues are closely linked to the state of the environment, so European countries are working to support the green transition in and through education and training. To do this, it is necessary to form the appropriate environmental awareness of children, to create appropriate conditions that will effectively prepare pedagogues as multipliers of European experience to ensure this process. The main objective of the project is to increase the competence of pedagogues, theoretical and practical preparation of students to organize work with preschool children under conditions of green environment in combination with the best practices of Europe and Ukrainian traditions; dissemination of European integration forms, methods, techniques, European approaches to work with preschoolers in nature. The green environment project is considered as a healthy safe conditions in natural toxic-free environment to ensure the well-being of preschool children, psychological and emotional prosperity, development of abilities and talents, formation of appropriate competencies. The project is based on the experience of European countries in the organization of preschool education in the conditions of forest (“forest kindergartens”). The basis is interdisciplinary training courses for students: “Conceptual Principles of Creating an Open Educational Environment in the EU”, “Development of Abilities, Talents and Gifts of Children in the Conditions of Forest School: from EU to UA”, “Physical Activity and Health in the Fresh Air: European Dimension”, “Environmental Development of Preschoolers in the Natural Environment: European Approach”, “European Practices for the Development of Creativity of Preschoolers”. New opportunities will be created to improve the professional skills of students, teachers of higher educational institutions, educators of preschool education institutions, parents, elderly people in formal and non-formal education, contacts will be established with organization
