Cohesion 4 Climate aims to boost positive EU identification and support among the citizens by: improving the media coverage on Cohesion Policy, particularly at regional level; focusing the contents on the tools that Cohesion Policy dispose to deal with climate and environmental challenges affecting the planet; informing journalists and scholars on the importance of a citizens-oriented communication; inspiring (under)graduate students to pursue a career as Projects Managers and public managers capable of investing European funds effectively and efficiently while respecting programming deadlines, . These goals will be achieved through a team of European journalists specialised in EU affairs, scholars and policy researchers and a marketing team dedicated to the project that will carry out the actions aimed to reach three specific objectives: (i) spread innovative multimedia contents developed by journalists and researchers; (ii) multiply the outreach of the consortium’s journalistic coverage in Italy and South-East Europe; and (iii) nurture the public debate on cohesion tools and practices among a transnational community of Italian and South-Eastern European stakeholders and civic watchdogs.
