Description	In June 2005 Colben System Pte Ltd signed a contract to build and operate a 5 MW oil-fired power plant at Sihanoukville, followed in July 2005 by a contract for a 10 MW plant located in Phnom Penh. The 10-year power purchase agreements were signed with Electricite du Cambodge, the state-owned utility. Colben is a subsidiary of Asiatic Group (Holdings) Ltd (Singapore). The total project cost was expected to be US$25 million. The Phnom Penh plant and the Sohanoukville plant were completed and started commercial operation since November 2006. http://www.asiatic.com.sg/index.htm
