Description | The project is about the design, construction, operation, maintenance and exploitation for the bypass that will connect the highway sections of Guadalajara - Colima and Colima - Manzanillo, which implies the fitting out of 23.5 kilometers of highway. Desarrolladora Libramiento Colima, a group made up of Recsa and Dynfra is developing the project. The concession contract is for 30 years. Total investment is estimated to be 2,000 million pesos (96.4 USDm). Construction started in March 2021.
