The project involves the second concession and comprehensive modernization of the Route 5 highway section between Collipulli and Temuco in the Araucanía Region of Chile. The works include the improvement, expansion, operation, and maintenance of approximately 144 km of the Pan-American Highway corridor, incorporating upgrades to roadway capacity, interchanges, bridges, service roads, pedestrian crossings, lighting, signaling, and safety infrastructure.
