Combatting Ethnic Profiling in the EU through Strategic Litigation

Ethnic profiling (EP) is a discriminatory practice that persists in all MS. Strategic litigation (SL) is a tool that can greatly benefit efforts to tackle it. A Dutch case will ask the court to declare the use of ethnicity justifying security checks at border controls within the EU a violation of the EU Charter, Directives & human rights. This project uses the materials from this case & its outcome to support all NGOs & litigators campaigning against EP & to empower minorities affected by the practice.
