The specific objetictive of the operation is to facilitate entrepreneurs and investors neutral and accesible means to solve controversis that will entail guaranteed standards of excellence in the application of alternate dispute resolution methods. This will be accomplished through the institutional strengthening of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Santa Cruz Industry and Commerce Chamber in everything related to the application of alternative dispute resolution methods to solve commercial disputes. Likewise, the operation proposes the expansion of the provision of these services to La Paz and Cochabamba cities, through the Conciliation and Arbitration Centers already established in the Commerce Chambers of both cities.
