Information North Western karnataka Road Transport Corporation has come up with Commercial establishments, hospitality, MICE, tourism & Provision for staff quarters in the existing site of NWKRTC staff quarters Premises at Gokul road Hubballi, Karnataka on PPP model. with a ticket size of 195 INR Crores. This project in MICE/Resorts sub-sector involves The current status of the project is Idea Stage and is being developed through the PPP route. Economic/Social Impact of the Project Commercial Establishments along with Ancillary Staff quarters facilities at Gokul road, Airport road at Hubballi, on site measuring 5.00 acre 11guntas, having staff quarters which are not in good conditions, and the open space left out around on rear side is being underutilized. Hence it is proposed to be Developed on PPP basis for the purpose of monetization of land, Hence authority seeks the services from the Technical advisory consultants from the Empanelled list in the Infrastructure Development Department, Government of Karnataka, Empanelled in DEA Govt of India to procure transaction related advice and assist in the bidding process for the projects of which pre-feasibility studies, technical study, Traffic Study, Market Study, Financial Feasibility, RFQ, RFP Documents selection of developer through on line bidding process , issue of LOA , Assisting in signing of concessionaire agreement, technical and financial closure of the TA services, etc. by TA as per time line.
