Description | The Commercial National Bank Building, one of downtown Houston's oldest structures built in 1904, has completed a multi-million-dollar restoration as part of a block-long collection of historic buildings updated for modern use. The six-story brick and limestone building was renovated to preserve its historic character while updating it for modern tenants, including exterior façade work, window repairs, masonry cleaning, upgraded lighting, and interior redesign by M.Naeve. Construction modernization included building systems, office suites, lighting, audio-visual infrastructure, and kitchenettes. |
