But we still want to research some alternatives to explore if there is a better data source on the market. Asking price indices: The project proposes the idea of creating asking price indices for commercial properties. This approach is particularly useful for countries where collecting transaction prices is challenging, providing an alternative yet effective method to indicate market dynamics. By comparing asking price indices with actual transaction price indices, the project aims to uncover insights into market behaviours and pricing delays, ultimately improving the quality and availability of real estate statistics in the beneficiary countries. |
