Description | The project consists of replacing the 27-foot bus used in providing five day per week Community Bus seniors route in the City of St. John’s. The scope of the project includes tendering the purchase of 1 low floor hybrid bus to replace the current bus which is at the end of its’ useful life. The project aims to ensure the stability and continuity of the Community Bus senior’s service. The average life expectancy of the current model bus is approximately 5 years, and the bus is now 8 years old this year. The aim is to have the new vehicle ready for service before the end of 2023. |
