Description | The retrofit of a community facility in Toronto, ON that will replace old Compact Fluorescent Lights with energy-efficient LEDs in the main hall, classrooms, washrooms, and hallways. The LED lights will be dimmable, and switches will be reconfigured for zoning, optimizing lighting usage. Additionally, 20 windows will be installed on the east and west sides to bring in more natural light and save energy. Automation features will be integrated into all doors for increased accessibility, as well as auto faucets and flush systems in washrooms to reduce water waste. Rooftop HVAC units will feature Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) for year-round energy savings. |
