Description | The project will renovate two buildings to create new and improved community and recreation facilities in Waterloo and Kitchener, Ontario. The work will involve the renovation of a 20,000 SF building in Kitchener and the renovation of a 54,000 SF building in Waterloo. The project will provide a space for recreation, cultural activities, and community services to better serve vulnerable youth and families (including Indigenous communities), and is part of Lutherwood’s overall community mental health and recreation hub. |
