CompassH2-A+ is a 100 megawatt pressurized alkaline electrolysis solution developed by Samsung E&A in partnership with Nel Hydrogen ASA. It features containerized 25 MW stack modules with a compact design that reduces plant footprint by 50% compared to alternatives, producing hydrogen at 15 barg to lower downstream compression costs. The platform delivers approximately 40 tonnes per day of hydrogen at 99.999 mol-percent purity with a stack efficiency of 48.8 kWh/kg within a 7,500 square meter footprint. Samsung E&A provides a wrap guarantee covering the full integrated system and a Long-Term Service Agreement for operational support and performance monitoring.
