The overall aim is to introduce and enhance an innovative model of learning based on peer education, exchanges between Programme (Romania and Serbia) and Partner Countries (Bosnia&Herzegovina, Kosovo* and Montenegro), learning mobility and cooperation between youth/pro-youth CSOs, formal and non-formal education providers. The specific objectives are: O1. To design relevant innovative and flexible models of learning aimed at empowering young people, especially girls and youth with fewer opportunities, through peer, digital and entrepreneurial skills; O2. To raise capacities of youth and pro-youth CSOs and provide them with tools for delivery of a new form of training based on non-formal flexible learning methods, learning mobility, virtual cooperation and OER; O3. To launch, test and implement new practical training schemes on the healthy use of digital skills for social entrepreneurship aimed at improving participants' level of competences and fostering their active engagement and participation in society; O4. To strengthen the influence of youth/pro-youth CSOs in advocating for equal opportunities and rights of girls and young people with fewer opportunities free from discrimination, traditional prejudice in their local environments and bias towards their social engagement and participation in the society through building of strong teams of youth peer trainers and activists to work with their peers and younger generations. This will be achieved through: 1. the development of: Peer Training Manuals on a) the digital skills b) entrepreneurship and use of digital skills for social activism including online course; 2. training for youth workers; 3. piloting the Manuals among young people especially girls and youth with fewer opportunities; 4. Through youth advocacy campaigns. Using the cascading model of learning and practicing the acquired skills, we will reach a at least 25 youth/pro/youth organisations and 625 youth (at least 350 girls) directly and 1500 indirectly
